Hilary Crous, owner and manager, loves preparing food and meeting her customers. If you don’t see her when you arrive, she is either shopping for the freshest ingredients, or teaching ballet in The Studio behind the coffee shop.
Kehewang Lejuta helped Hilary open the coffee shop in Maun’s Old Mall in 1995. A native of Toteng village, she and Hilary had previously worked together in a Delta safari camp. Kehewang’s speciality is her morning “Kilimanjaro” Cappuchino coffee: a work of art.
Rosinah Mabina joined the kitchen team in December 2015. Born in Mathathane in Botswana’s beautiful Tuli Block, Rosie came to us from 17 years of serving robust meals to visiting hunters in Botswana’s high-end tourism camps. Now she’s enjoying learning about the tastes of Maun’s lunchtime crowd, and becoming creative with salads.
